How do I transfer my current phone number to TritonVoice service?
Contact your TritonVoice customer service at 1-888-2-TRITON (874866) after your service is activated.
• We will pre-qualify your number to ensure your number is eligible for transfer. If your number cannot be transferred to TritonVoice, we will notify you that the transfer request cannot be met.
• We will send you an email requesting you to complete a Letter of Authorization and fax it back to us.
• We will email you when we receive your due date. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email of the new due date.
• We will email you when you the transfer is complete.
It typically takes 14 days for the transfer to be completed, once we receive the Letter of Authorization.
