What if I move to a new address, how do I take my TritonVoice service with me?
You can take your TritonVoice service with you as long as a Cable or DSL connection is available. Whenever you move, or access TritonVoice from a different location, it is important to update your service address with TritonVoice through your account center. This will ensure that TritonVoice properly routes your 9-1-1 call to the appropriate emergency response center. NOTE that it may take up to five days for new addresses to be registered in our emergency response databases.
